Sound Healing Class with @ki.meishon

The Ki Meishon sound bath experience is intended to provide deep healing, rest, grounding, cleansing and a profound calming state on a physical, emotional, mental and energetic level.

In this safe space we will receive healing energy on a deep cellular level from sound using gongs, ocean drums, crystal bowls & chimes, that cater to certain energy centers, with emphasis on the heart space. 

In addition we will be communing through a healing herbal tea blend, discussing simple ways to keep your heart posture in balance, how to create space for the love that lives within, and we will set the intention to cultivate more love in our lives.

**Please note to bring your own yoga mat, blanket(s) & wear attire you will be comfortable in.**
