About the event
As the sun begins to set, we'll come together for a beginner-friendly Pilates experience designed to help you strengthen your body, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether you're a seasoned Pilates enthusiast or trying it for the first time, this class is open to all fitness levels.
After class, stay and mingle during our social hour, where you'll have the opportunity to meet new women, build community, and enjoy good conversation in a relaxed atmosphere.
